Shipping Restrictions
A. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, BFPO addresses and Bermuda.
B. Shipping Restrictions due to High Costs:
a). All Pre-owned Products (any condition): Not available for delivery to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man.
b). OrangeStorm Giga Product: Not available for delivery to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Jersey, and Guernsey.
C. Due to recent updates in regulations by the final-mile logistics provider, we no longer have shipping channels available for delivery to the special islands (Jersey, Guernsey, and the Isle of Man). Consequently, we have currently suspended sales to these islands.
D. You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple locations, you’ll need to place separate orders for each address.

Ownership, Terms, and Risk
1. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Once the package is dispatched, we cannot reroute it. You are solely responsible for verifying the address. If a loss occurs due to an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be liable for all financial losses.
Note: Please do not enter any PO Box address, otherwise your package can't be dispatched by any courier services.
2. Orders (excluding Pre-Orders) are typically forwarded to the warehouse 8 hours after placement. Once submitted to the warehouse, orders are generally non-cancellable and non-modifiable. If modifications are required, we will attempt to coordinate with the warehouse; however, success cannot be guaranteed. Costs incurred due to address errors or cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, and you will be responsible for payment.
3. Please ensure all order details are accurate and your phone is accessible. If a product is returned due to the following reasons, we reserve the right to charge return shipping fees and redelivery costs prior to resending the item:
A. Failure to contact the delivery carrier within 5 days of a delivery attempt.

A: We aim to ship items together whenever possible. However, depending on product availability or shipping requirements, items may arrive separately. You will receive a notification email for each shipment.

1. Consumable Parts
Consumable parts are either excluded from warranty coverage or covered under a limited warranty period. For the purpose of this policy, "consumables" are defined as disposable items, components, or parts of the Product that are inherently designed to deteriorate or wear out during normal use of the Product.
While these items may not be covered by the standard warranty or may have a limited warranty period as specified in the table above, we will gladly replace any consumable that fails due to a manufacturing defect, provided the printer itself is still under warranty. ELEGOO reserves the exclusive right to determine eligibility for replacement, and such decisions shall be final.
2. Accessories or Parts Purchased Separately
Accessories or parts purchased separately enjoy the same quality assurance policy as the complete machine.
3. Warranty Periods
All periods stated on this page are calculated from the date the original order was received.
4. Warranty Forfeiture
This warranty does not cover the following cases:
A. Products not purchased from ELEGOO or authorized ELEGOO distributors with a valid receipt or invoice.
B. Products that are lost or stolen.
C. Products whose warranty period has expired.
D. Free products or products that have been refunded.
E. Products repaired by a third party or modified by an individual.
F. Damage caused by external factors or misuse of products (including but not limited to resin leakage, falls, improper operation), normal discoloration, wear and tear, or other non-quality-related issues.
G. LCD screens that can not provide an identifiable SN code.
5. Warranty in Other Regions
For consumers protected by local consumer laws in their country of purchase, ELEGOO's Limited Warranty benefits are provided in addition to all rights and remedies under such laws, including but not limited to those described above. If local regulations specify a warranty period longer than our stated policy, the longer period will apply, and we will fully comply with local requirements to support our customers.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it under the following conditions:
● Within 14 calendar days of receipt, if the product has a critical defect, manufacturing flaw, or any other significant functional issues.
● Within 14 calendar days of receipt, if the product was significantly damaged during transit, provided you submit a carrier-issued damage report to Elegoo.
● Within 14 calendar days of receipt, if the product is unopened, unactivated, and in brand-new condition.
● You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships. If the order has already shipped and a carrier interception attempt is unsuccessful, you must wait until the package (if refused) is returned and inspected. Once confirmed, we will process your cancellation. In this case, you are responsible for all related shipping costs and any risks associated with the return shipment.
If you return a product due to a reported issue, it will be inspected before a refund is processed. If, after testing, the returned product is found not to exhibit the reported issue, Elegoo may deduct costs such as shipping and any customer-caused damage, including:
● Cosmetic damage to the product or its packaging (e.g., making the original shipping box unusable);
● Missing accessories or parts;
● Damage resulting from improper packaging during return shipment.
Upon receipt of the returned item, our after-sales team will assess its condition and determine any applicable charges. These charges will be deducted from your refund.
● Returned items must be sent back to designated locations before a refund can be processed.
● The value of any missing items—such as accessories, cables, or filaments—will be deducted from the refund amount.
● If you request to return a non-defective item within 14 calendar days of receipt, you are responsible for all applicable charges.
Please note that returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
● Unauthorized Returns: Returns must be approved by our official customer service team. Unauthorized returns may be refused or lost, for which we are not responsible. Always contact customer service before sending anything back to ensure proper processing.
● Late Return Requests: Return requests made more than 14 calendar days after receipt will not be accepted.
● Incomplete or Damaged Returns: Products must be returned in their original condition — with all accessories, parts, gifts, tools, and packaging included. We cannot accept incomplete items, those showing damage (e.g., scratches, cracks, or deformation), or those with missing/damaged components. Returns will also be refused if the product is damaged due to improper repackaging or shipping. Note that failure to follow our packaging instructions may void the warranty and result in additional charges.
● User-Caused Damage: Returns will not be accepted if inspection shows the issue was caused by user error (e.g., physical impact, burnout, unauthorized modifications, liquid damage, incorrect installation, or improper use).
● Tampered Labels: Products with removed or altered labels, serial numbers, or anti-counterfeiting marks cannot be returned.
● Force Majeure: Products damaged by force majeure events, such as fire, flood, lightning, or traffic accidents, are not eligible for return.
● No Fault Found: If Elegoo's testing finds no fault with the product, the return will not be accepted.
● Missing Documentation: Returns without a valid purchase receipt or invoice, or with documents suspected to be forged or altered, will be refused.
● Non-Refundable Items: For products confirmed as non-refundable, customers may choose to have the defective product returned to them at their own shipping expense.
● Delayed Shipping: If the return shipment is not dispatched within 7 calendar days after approval, the return may be refused.
Additional Notes
● Once a qualified return is received, Elegoo will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment account. For certain payment methods, if a refund cannot be processed to the original account after 6 months, our customer service team will contact you via email to confirm an alternative refund method.
● These terms do not apply to pre-owned or refurbished products.
● Failure to submit a request within the specified periods constitutes a waiver of your right to return or exchange the product.
● Claims for missing products must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the shipping date. Claims after this period will not be processed.
● Elegoo does not provide support outside the original region/country of purchase. If customers seek service in another country or region, they will be responsible for all related costs.
● If your product is damaged, please do not attempt repairs without our guidance to avoid potential risks. Only perform repairs as instructed by our customer support team.

The 36-point leveling system adopts a non-contact sensor to precisely measure the distance between the nozzle and hotbed in 36 areas across the print platform, and automatically calibrates and compensates for any inconsistencies or unevenness of the hotbed for better final print quality. All you need to do is level with one click!
The PEI magnetic platform with good adhesion and the printed models can be easily removed by flexing the print steel sheet.
Powerful Extrusion System
Double-gear direct extruder with 3 times extrusion torque motor and enhanced gearing force, work with titanium alloy throat pipe for easier filament feeding and more stable & precise printing. And the 250W hotbed can quickly heat up to 100ºC, compatible with PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, and similar filaments.
PEI Magnetic Platform
PEI magnetic platform with a special coating and spring steel sheet for good adhesion and anti-warping, so that prints can be easily released or popped off by bending the print steel sheet.
Quiet & Safe Printing
The whole machine adopts STM 32-bit motherboard silent drivers and a more reasonable nozzle heat dissipation structure, reducing the noise down to 50db, like a person's whisper. Wear resistance POM V-slot wheels move quietly, smoothly, and accurately.
The branded power supply has been repeatedly verified to ensure safe printing and reduce printing errors.
Enhanced Reliability
Z-axis dual lead screw + Z-axis dual-motor design with better synchronization increases the accuracy and stability of printing.
The XY-axis belt tensioner is more convenient to adjust belt tightness by simply rotating the hand-twist knob, and the widened Y-axis profile to make the printing platform more stable.
Smart Resume Printing
No worry about unexpected power failure during the printing process since the printer can resume printing after the power supply is restored.
With a filament detection sensor, whenever the filament runs out or breaks, the printer will pause and alarm until you load the new filament to avoid material waste and model scrapping.
Fans on both sides of the print head ensure omnidirectional heat dissipation and rapid cooling of printed layers.
After printing, all fans will automatically stop working to extend fan lifespan, reduce noise, and save power.
